Are you the person friends call when their PC won't boot? Do you build custom rigs, run your own Minecraft server, or tinker with home labs just for fun? Whether you've done this professionally or as a personal passion, we'd love to connect.

We're hiring Computer Technicians who are hands-on, curious, and excited to work with hardware. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest data center companies in the world and gain enterprise-level server experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair computer/server hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity (e.g., identifying IP addresses using tools like ipconfig or ifconfig)
  • Work with components like RAM, CPUs, NICs, motherboards, and PSUs
  • Use test and measurement equipment to validate hardware
  • Collaborate with the diagnostics team to meet performance goals
  • Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures
  • Training is provided

Who This Role Is For:

  • Experienced Technicians with a background in hardware repair or diagnostics
  • Tech Hobbyists who enjoy building PCs, experimenting with home lab servers, or other related tech projects
  • Self-taught or Entry-Level Candidates who've gained hands-on skills through personal projects or informal learning

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

If you have any of the following, that's great, but if not, don't worry. We value passion and hands-on experience just as much:

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.
  • An IT-related degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • Exposure to Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and time management
