e-Builder Specialist
Position Summary
We're seeking a systems-focused professional to support the deployment and optimization of digital project management platforms. This role centers on configuring and maintaining tools like eBuilder to improve project oversight, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, customization, and ongoing support of project management systems tailored to organizational needs.
- Work closely with project leads, IT teams, and stakeholders to define system functionality and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Provide user support and training on system features such as cost tracking, document control, and reporting.
- Design and maintain templates, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy, manage user permissions, and uphold security protocols.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making around project performance and resource planning.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and recommend enhancements to improve system effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or project management with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with a recognized certification in eBuilder.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital project platforms in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle processes, including scheduling, cost control, and documentation.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of eBuilder setup and administration.
- Familiarity with system integration methods and enterprise software connections.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
Preferred Credentials:
- Certification in eBuilder (e.g., eBCP - eBuilder Certified Professional).
