    • Build in collaboration with internal stakeholders, a lightweight curriculum for partner-facing sellers (e.g., sales pitch, demo, objection handling, co-sell workflows).

    • Monitor partner engagement, learning outcomes, and initial GTM execution to inform readiness benchmarks.
    • Coordinate partner certification milestones and dashboards across pilot and future partner cohorts.
    • Build scalable playbooks for partner onboarding and ramp for broader program rollout.

    • Ensure internal stakeholders are trained on partner sales motions and support expectations (e.g., who does what in Sell-With).
    • Capture and synthesize feedback from both internal and external audiences to refine training materials and GTM readiness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Channel Programs, or GTM Enablement in a SaaS or cloud-based company.

  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale partner programs or training initiatives from scratch.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills-comfortable presenting to partner executives or sellers.

Success Metrics

  • Number of partner sellers trained/certified

  • Feedback scores from partners and internal teams
  • Enablement assets created and adopted by partners
  • Pilot learnings synthesized and applied to broader partner scale plans
