Technical Recruiter
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our Denver team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals across a variety of technical disciplines. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in technical recruiting and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking strategies.
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Place qualified candidates into roles that align with client needs and candidate goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers and senior recruiters to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in technology and recruiting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., software development, IT support, cybersecurity) is a plus.
