We are seeking a seasoned Android Developer with over 7 years of experience to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-quality Android applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, instrumentation testing, and CI/CD practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Android development
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java
  • Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design principles
  • Experience with MVVM or other modern architectural patterns
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and mobile data storage solutions (Room, SQLite, etc.)
  • Proficient with Git, Gradle, and Android Studio
  • Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
