Position: Staff Engineer (CAD / Harmonization Agreement)
Start: July 2025
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Location: Miami, FL 33146
Onsite: Both office-based work and site visits to project locations, requiring occasional travel to oversee project progress and resolve on-site issues.

Job Description:
Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Meeting with property owners and leading harmonization meetings bringing print out of plans and narrative
• Providing meeting minutes after each meeting sent out to entire team
• Drafting Harmonization plans per coordination with Transportation Engineer
• Coordinating availability with HML and providing them with HA packages
• Meeting with CIP department to discuss items requested by residents and taking notes and modifying plans
• CAD drafting of harmonization plans
• Writing 30 day letters
• Gets signatures on HAs and records them with the court.

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Structural).
• Understanding of permitting procedure for specific engineering discipline.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and administrative code for specific engineering discipline.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in CAD drafting, transportation, land development, or construction management
