Vice President of Engineering
Work Environment
Hybrid: In-office presence required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement engineering strategies aligned with product and business goals, especially across enterprise and B2B offerings.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent. Foster a culture of inclusion, growth, and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that balance short-term impact with long-term platform sustainability.
- Technical Excellence: Promote best practices in software development, system design, and operational efficiency. Encourage automation and continuous improvement.
- Enterprise Enablement: Partner with business stakeholders to understand client needs and build infrastructure that supports scalable, high-value enterprise experiences.
- Culture & Inclusion: Champion a values-driven, transparent, and inclusive workplace.
What You Bring
- Extensive engineering experience, including leadership of large, distributed teams
- Proven success in building and scaling digital products in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration between product and engineering with measurable business outcomes
- Experience with both consumer-facing and enterprise (B2B) platforms
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to connect technical solutions with business value
- Commitment to inclusive leadership and team development
- Familiarity with modern architectures such as microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native environments
