Safety Officer/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Safety professional to oversee and support safety operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with a General Contractor in the U.S. and hold one of the following certifications: Safety Management Specialist (SMS), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), or Certified Safety Manager Construction (CSMC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety programs across active job sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards
• Lead incident investigations and safety training sessions
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Valid SMS, CHST, or CSMC certification (must be included in resume package)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
