Senior MEP
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Superintendent with an Electrical Engineering degree to lead the on-site execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes on mission-critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of electrical systems and field supervision, with a strong track record in hyperscale and enterprise data center builds.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 10+ years of MEP field supervision, with 5+ years focused on data center projects.
• Expertise in electrical system startup, QA/QC, and energization planning.

Superintendent MEP
We are seeking a seasoned MEP Superintendent with proven field experience on data center construction projects. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and is capable of managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and driving the installation and commissioning of complex MEP infrastructure. This role is essential to ensuring the delivery of mission-critical systems that meet high-performance and reliability standards.

• Minimum 7-10 years of field construction experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Superintendent or Foreman role focused on MEP.
• Demonstrated experience on data center or mission-critical projects, including hyperscale or colocation environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution (medium and low voltage), backup power systems, CRAC units, ductwork, chilled water systems, and controls.

Superintendent Core and Shell
We are seeking an experienced Core and Shell Superintendent to oversee the field operations and day-to-day construction activities for ground-up commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in concrete, steel, structural framing, and exterior envelope systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-schedule work in fast-paced environments.
Safety

• 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or assistant superintendent role on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of core & shell scopes: sitework, excavation, concrete, steel, waterproofing, façade systems, curtain walls, and roofing.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and multi-phase construction in occupied or high-security environments is a plus.
