Position Summary


We are seeking three Construction Managers to join our team in the Fort Morgan, CO region. FPAs play a critical role in driving supplier performance, ensuring quality, and fostering continuous improvement across field operations. This role involves regular site visits, real-time issue resolution, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to enhance efficiency, safety, and build quality.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work/industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
  • Strong knowledge of general construction processes and procedures.
  • Experience managing and directing general contractor suppliers, including scope estimation (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).
  • Knowledge of construction and quality standards.
  • Ability to interface with customers, property owners, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of contracts (leasing, vendor-facing, customer-facing) and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with suppliers or external partners.
  • Experience leading or influencing teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong understanding of applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Completion of OSHA 30-hour course for the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze site performance metrics including cycle time, COP first-time-right, JHA compliance, tool utilization, build quality, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify supplier performance gaps, provide feedback to Territory Directors and suppliers, and collaborate on corrective actions.
  • Conduct on-site root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies and ensure real-time resolution of safety and construction issues.
  • Strategically plan daily and weekly supplier visits to meet performance targets and improve market outcomes.
  • Partner with Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to support customer meetings, site access, and construction drawing validation.
  • Design and implement process improvements based on performance data, collaborating with Automation teams to enhance tools and supplier efficiency.
  • Work with other FPAs nationwide to identify systemic issues and propose cross-market solutions.
  • Collect and report supplier performance data to support deployment process changes and new initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to promote a culture of continuous improvement and open feedback.
  • Ensure supplier adherence to processes, methods, and tools.
  • Provide feedback on training and process accuracy using Site Tracker and Power BI domain metrics.
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by reporting field findings, actions taken, and recommendations for improvement.
