- Warehouse is located in Pompano Beach, FL
- Will cover sites from West Palm down to Miami.

Position Overview:

A leading integrator and managed service provider for enterprise cellular networks is actively seeking a Project Manager to support operations in the South Florida market. This role will focus on the deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cell, and Private 4G/5G wireless networks. DAS and OEM experience are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project designs, scopes, and proposals to align deliverables, goals, timelines, and risks.
• Maintain project documentation using a cloud-based file system.
• Define project resources and coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage schedules, safety plans, submittals, trackers, and related documentation.
• Lead internal and external meetings (virtual or in-person) and set/manage expectations.
• Ensure quality installation and positive financial outcomes across assigned projects.
• Perform site visits for QA/QC, punch walks, and documentation verification.
• Partner with purchasing for materials, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Track financials, billing, and project health using internal tools.
• Identify and resolve scope changes, schedule shifts, and risks.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, cost logs, and change orders.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure team readiness with tools and PPE.
• Oversee commissioning, optimization, inspections, and closeout deliverables.
• Coach and motivate team members and subcontractors to ensure accountability.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of project management experience in telecom, DAS, or structured cabling.
• Strong working knowledge of wireless systems (DAS/OEM) and telecom construction.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schedules, and IBWave designs.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Skilled in project scheduling, financial tracking, and construction documentation.
• Strong verbal/written communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally (25%).
