Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Tower Top Hand to support wireless tower construction, maintenance, and microwave installation projects across Colorado. This role requires hands-on field experience, strong safety awareness, and proficiency in microwave antenna installation and alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of tower construction, modification, and maintenance.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, including microwave systems.
• Perform coaxial and fiber cable runs, terminations, and testing.
• Identify required materials and tools to support each phase of a project.
• Work closely with crews, subcontractors, crane operators, and electricians.
• Comply with all safety procedures and site requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in wireless/tower work, including microwave installation.
• Proven ability to climb and work at heights.
• Comfortable using sweep testers, spectrum analyzers, and alignment tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within Colorado.
• (Climbing/Fall Protection and OSHA certs preferred)
