We're hiring a Customer Order Specialist on behalf of a leading provider of DC power services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and enjoys variety throughout their workday. You'll play a key part in processing customer orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• Enter service/job orders and purchase orders into MAS 90/100 (Sage) *preferred*
• Coordinate closely with vendors to track and expedite shipments
• Maintain records in QuickBase and ensure timely system updates
• Reconcile orders with quotes and confirm acknowledgments
• Manage vendor invoices for materials, supplies, and services
• Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with order processing and inventory management systems
• Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience using MAS 90/100 (Sage)
• Background in wholesale distribution or service contracting environments *preferred*
