Change Manager Support
Will work on-site so a local candidate is needed.
Job Description:
-Understand as-is and to-be process and information flows.
-Document processes and change plans.
-Develop and deliver appropriate training to superusers and end users.
-Develop and coordinate production and distribution of change management communications (both visuals and presentations) for diverse audiences.
-PowerPoint skills to create basic presentations.
-Participate in maintaining role and to code mapping and align with regional and SAP security requirements.
-Survey employees as needed and assist in creating statistics of survey results.
-Coordinate curriculum for end user training and track progress.
-Track and distribute success metrics, KPIs and KAIs through go live and system stabilization.
-Maintain change management Teams folder.
-Provide feedback on potential organizational redesign due to system implementation and work rebalance.
