FG 14978 Field Implementation Specialist II

The contractor will be required to perform and/or assist with site surveys and installations relating to IMACs (Internal Moves, Adds, Changes) and projects of all sizes. This will include PC migration/deployments, printer/peripheral hardware installations, and application configuration and installation, along with any other basic Field Services Delivery tasks. Handling and managing mobile devices, Tablets, etc. This will include all the logistics involved with initiating and completing all IMACs and projects. The contractor is also required to maintain tracking of all tagged assets; as well as update all assigned tickets for break-fix and IMAC / Projects, these updates must be both descriptive and timely. Other duties required will consist of performing/assisting with preventative maintenance of company equipment throughout assigned sites.

Basic/Technical Skills Required/Preferred:
* 1.5 years PC migration/deployment experience
* 1.5 years PC Printer/peripheral hardware experience
* Win7 & Win10 Data Migration experience
* Software/hardware installation/configuration experience
* Good communication skills
* Good troubleshooting skills
* Customer service/Interaction Skills

Must have mobile devices experience

Other Requirements:
* Must be dependable
* Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds
* Able to work with little to no supervision
