Position Summary: In our fast-paced, shared services environment the Retirement Benefits Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the employee retirement benefits programs in accordance with ERISA, the plan provisions and all other applicable DOL and IRS regulations.

The Retirement Benefits Specialist resolves complex eligibility issues, supports all facets of plan administration, and supports increased benefits knowledge within the Corporate Benefits Department and field HR staff.

Essential Duties: The Retirement Benefits Specialist is responsible for planning, and executing the day-to-day operations of our company's retirement benefits programs, including but not limited to, 401(k), pension, deferred compensation, and employee's stock purchase program according to corporate protocols.
