Replenishment Manager

Role- Replenishment Manager
Rate- $60/hr. on W2
Location- Bentonville, Arkansas (Remote) / Need to visit office when required
Duration- 6 Months Contract with possible extension!

QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience with Walmart replenishment and order-management tools and processes, including Scintilla/Luminate, NOVA, WEBI, OMS, AIMS, Supplier One, or related platforms.
Experience with Tableau, SAP, or similar analytical and enterprise systems.
Scintilla Replenishment certification.
Apparel, home, omnichannel, DSDC high-volume replenishment experience

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience handling large data sets, complex formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables; Microsoft Access experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate operational data into a concise business story, recommendation, and action plan.
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional partners to deliver results.
High attention to detail, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, streamline processes, and improve ways of working.
Positive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong interest in LS&Co., retail, and the Walmart business.
