Licensing Analyst
Location: Somerville (Boston), MA | Hybrid
We are seeking a Licensing Analyst to support the company's enterprise licensing compliance program. This role is responsible for coordinating business license applications, renewals, registrations, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track license applications, renewals, registrations, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate licensing records, databases, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure timely filing to avoid compliance gaps.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and internal stakeholders.
- Generate reports on licensing status, renewals, compliance metrics, and audits.
- Support licensing requirements for new business opportunities, contracts, market expansions, and acquisitions.
- Manage licensing correspondence, invoices, payment requests, and related administrative tasks.
- Assist with compliance projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Legal Studies, Operations, Compliance, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, legal operations, regulatory affairs, contract administration, or similar areas.
