Senior Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Operations

Building, administering, and maintaining highly available, secure, and compliant Linux and

• Windows environments that support business-critical applications.

Build, administer, and support Linux and Windows server environments for

• business-critical systems.

Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and recoverability of production

• infrastructure.

Perform day-to-day operational activities including system monitoring, patching, capacity

• planning, and lifecycle management.

7+ years of experience supporting production Linux and Windows server environments.
Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills (Amazon Linux preferred).
Experience managing Windows Server in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with AWS, including IAM and AWS Systems Manager.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as

• Terraform and Ansible.

Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms (e.g., Splunk).
Experience supporting Amazon Connect or large-scale telecom/contact center platforms
