w2 only Ruby on Rails Full-Stack Developer

Strong Ruby on Rails experience, including ActiveRecord, controllers/services/workers, background jobs, and migrations. * Strong JavaScript experience building production web UIs and integrating with backend APIs. * Solid SQL / MySQL skills: schema design, query optimization, indexing, and debugging slow queries. * Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs. * Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, and browser/feature tests). * Experience with Redis and background job systems (Sidekiq or equivalent). * AWS experience: S3, SQS/SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Elastic Beanstalk (or similar PaaS deployment).. * Security-minded development (CSRF/session hardening, webhook validation). * i18n/localization experience.
