This role will be responsible for

  • Leading current-state process mapping efforts, capturing end-to-end workflows, data flows, system interactions, and user roles
  • Facilitating working sessions to align stakeholders and create a shared understanding of how processes functions today
  • Translating discussions into clear, structured artifacts (process maps, system maps, data flows, and user interactions)
  • Partnering with business and IT leaders to design future-state processes and capabilities aligned to digital and AI-driven transformation
  • Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation, simplification, or improved data flow



The ideal candidate should have

  • Deep experience in process mapping and process design (BPMN, value stream mapping, Lean, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture (applications, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies)
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AWS architectures (e.g., cloud-native patterns, APIs, event-driven design, data platforms)
  • Ability to connect process, data, systems, and users into one cohesive view
  • Experience working in environments with incomplete or ambiguous information and bringing structure quickly



Critical success factors

  • Exceptional facilitation skills (can run workshops and working sessions with senior leaders and operators)
  • Proven ability to build alignment and consensus across business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, visual outputs
  • Ability to drive toward outcomes (not just discussion) and produce tangible deliverables
  • Comfort influencing without direct authority
