IT Project Manager

Location: Juno Beach

Contract: 1 year++

Rate: $70-$75+

We are looking for a strong Project Manager to help lead the execution of a fast-moving product initiative from planning through delivery. This person will play a critical role in driving team coordination, maintaining momentum, and ensuring work progresses with clarity, discipline, and accountability.

The right candidate is an experienced delivery lead who is comfortable managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and stepping in wherever needed to help the team succeed. This role requires a proactive leader who drives follow-through, removes friction, and helps maintain accountability across the team. The ideal candidate will bring structure without rigidity, understand how product rollout and user experience shape successful adoption, and be comfortable constructively challenging priorities, surfacing risks, and ensuring timely decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and action-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset. While this is not a hands-on technical role, the candidate should be comfortable working closely with technical teams, navigating ambiguity, and doing what is needed to keep delivery moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day delivery management for the product team, including planning sessions, team check-ins, retrospectives, status reviews, and follow-up actions.
Drive project execution from initiation through rollout, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions are actively managed.
Partner closely with the Product Owner to maintain clear priorities, well-defined backlog items, and alignment on scope and delivery expectations.
Drive accountability across the team for commitments, timelines, decisions, and deliverables.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, and work across teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Support product rollout activities, including coordination across business and technical teams to drive readiness and adoption.
Bring a strong user-centered mindset by considering user experience, adoption, and process impact as part of delivery planning.
Manage and optimize Jira boards, tickets, workflows, and reporting to provide meaningful visibility into progress, blockers, and team capacity.
Facilitate strong communication across stakeholders, ensuring clarity around priorities, status, dependencies, and next steps.
Apply agile delivery practices while remaining practical and flexible based on team and project needs.
Step in where needed to remove friction, support the team, and keep work moving forward.

Required Qualifications
6 - 10 years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, or similar leadership roles.
Strong experience leading delivery in product or technology environments.
Experience managing project plans, execution, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Strong Jira experience, including backlog management, tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to keep teams organized, focused, and accountable in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical partners.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and willing to jump in where needed to move the work forward.
Understanding of product rollout, change readiness, and user experience considerations.
Confidence and judgment to challenge assumptions, surface risks, and help drive timely decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting software, digital, analytics, or innovation-focused product teams.
Experience helping teams deliver products through launch and adoption phases.
Ability to balance structure, urgency, and flexibility while maintaining strong team relationships.
