* Healthcare claims knowledge of data and file formats for Commercial systems; EDIG systems; TRICARE systems
* PIMS provider knowledge from development of original PIMS application
* IBM Connect Direct
* Technical Requirements, Business Requirements, Test Plans, Implementation Plans
* CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, IBM Batch JCL, Easytrieve, APS Code Generator, Vendor Pricing Software
* EDz vendor product for APS on non-host
* Mainframe Utilities (SYNCSORT, IDCAMS, IBM IEB*, IEF* utilities, FILEAID, ZEKE Scheduler, NDM (Network Data Mover), FTP (File Transfer Protocol), VPN (Virtual Private Network)
COBOL (Mainframe, Micro Focus), CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, IBM Batch JCL, Easytrieve, APS Code Generator, Vendor Pricing Software, MS Office, and EDz vendor product for APS on non-host.
