The Construction Superintendent will serve as the on site lead, overseeing daily construction activity, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction site leadership experience, preferably in solar, with the ability to manage civil, electrical, and mechanical scope while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
What You'll Do

• Serve as the on site lead for all construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Oversee daily site operations, schedules, and logistics to keep projects on track
• Perform quality inspections and enforce QA/QC standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, site safety requirements, company policies, and environmental controls
• Review and interpret civil, electrical, and mechanical construction drawings and plans
• Maintain site documentation and support inspections and reporting requirements
• Communicate daily progress, issues, and updates to Project Managers and project leadership
• Identify and resolve field issues, risks, and constraints as they arise

Qualifications and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role on construction sites
• Background as a Construction Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, Foreman, Site Project Manager, or QA/QC Inspector
• Solar construction experience strongly preferred (not must-have)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Tech savvy and comfortable using project tracking and reporting tools
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
• Familiarity with Zebra tablets and Android based field applications a plus
• Ability to travel as required

Required Certifications (able to obtain during onboarding)

• OSHA 30
• SWPPP certification
• NFPA 70E
• First Aid, CPR, and AED
