Project Coordinator / Agency Customer Support Representative

A top-ranked national direct marketing agency is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support customer-facing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with an interest in direct and digital marketing who excels in coordination, communication, and execution. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between sales teams, internal partners, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams supporting direct mail campaigns
  • Capture and validate all campaign details required for execution
  • Coordinate with internal data and production teams to move campaigns into market
  • Ensure all client and internal requests are handled accurately and within established timelines
  • Oversee campaign implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external data partners to source customer lists
  • Proofread campaign materials and identify necessary edits to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain strong quality control processes and document workflows
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 0-1+ years of experience in customer support, marketing coordination, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
  • Professional, positive demeanor at all times

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
