Project Coordinator / Agency Customer Support Representative
A top-ranked national direct marketing agency is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support customer-facing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with an interest in direct and digital marketing who excels in coordination, communication, and execution. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between sales teams, internal partners, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams supporting direct mail campaigns
- Capture and validate all campaign details required for execution
- Coordinate with internal data and production teams to move campaigns into market
- Ensure all client and internal requests are handled accurately and within established timelines
- Oversee campaign implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external data partners to source customer lists
- Proofread campaign materials and identify necessary edits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain strong quality control processes and document workflows
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 0-1+ years of experience in customer support, marketing coordination, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Professional, positive demeanor at all times
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Salesforce experience is a plus
