Lab Tech - Brecksville, OH

Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Brecksville, Ohio 44141
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week. Training starts between 8:00-8:30 AM. Regular hours 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible). No overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing using prescribed test methods
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of coatings, lab equipment, and data recording tools
• Accurately document lab results and maintain electronic lab records per ISO standards
• Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments
• Collaborate with team members to maintain testing schedules
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Manage timelines and prioritize tasks under moderate supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of laboratory processes and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
