Entry Level Computer Technician

Looking to get started in IT but don't have experience yet? This role is designed for people who are comfortable using a computer and want hands-on exposure to real technology in a manufacturing environment.

You'll be part of a team that builds and tests enterprise computers - the large-scale systems used by companies and data centers to run websites, cloud services, and internal business systems.

This is a solid foot‑in‑the‑door role for anyone interested in technology or IT.

What You'll Be Doing

• Use a simple testing interface (UI) to run tests on newly built enterprise computers
• Enter basic information into the system and start automated tests
• Monitor tests while they run
• If a test fails, you'll mark it as a failure and route it for debugging
• Place failure stickers on units when required
• Follow clear, repeatable steps throughout the shift

What You Don't Need

• No prior IT experience
• No Linux knowledge required
• No coding
• No certifications

If you already have some technical knowledge, that's a plus - but it is not required.

What You Do Need

• Basic computer literacy (mouse, keyboard, navigating software)
• Knowledge of basic computer components (hard drive, ram, cpu, gpu, etc)
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliability and willingness to learn
