Part-time IT Recruiter
Position is part-time 25-30 hours a week remote in the US.
We're looking for an IT Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles across IT and engineering teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and deliver top technical talent.
What You'll Do
- Source and recruit IT professionals across multiple technologies
- Screen candidates and manage interview coordination
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements and hiring strategy
- Manage candidate pipelines and ATS updates
- Deliver a strong candidate experience end‑to‑end
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of IT or technical recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and fast‑paced environments
