Cybersecurity Analyst/Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Process Design, Documentation & Training
- Develop, update, and maintain administrative and technical procedures that reflect current cybersecurity standards and requirements.
- Create unique technical solutions that address new or updated cybersecurity requirements.
- Design, revise, and implement solutions aligned with both security and business needs.
- Support change management and communication across multiple technical and operational teams.
- Build and implement cybersecurity training matrices, materials, and delivery methods.
- Translate business needs into well‑defined technical requirements.
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure process documents remain current.
- Document current‑state business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Develop standardized operating procedures and recommend improvements.
- Assist in executing cybersecurity‑related processes and procedures.
- Conduct assessments and metrics tracking to help manage cybersecurity risks across applications and business processes.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Participate in and lead small to mid‑sized initiatives tied to new enterprise cybersecurity standards and requirements.
- Serve as a direct interface between cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders regarding security needs and impacts.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts across various technical and operational domains to validate security and business requirements.
- Ensure project goals are met, escalating issues appropriately and documenting decisions and risks.
- Define and develop metrics to evaluate system and business performance.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity standards and best practices across multiple business units.
- Contribute to the deployment of cybersecurity tools that automate or streamline operational processes.
- Lead or collaborate on complex problem solving across regions to ensure consistency in processes, workflows, and job plan instructions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity program implementation and organizational change management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as:
- NIST CSF
- CMMC
- ISA/IEC 62443
- CIS Critical Security Controls
- Experience implementing NIST or similar frameworks in operational environments.
- Understanding of operational technology (OT) networks, systems, protocols, devices, and architectures.
- Knowledge of OT‑related security controls and industry reliability standards.
- Awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and challenges in the cybersecurity landscape.
