About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and assist the Customer Service and Service teams. This is a hands-on role responsible for inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping and receiving, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position is safety-sensitive and requires comfort working around electrical systems.



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience in a non-production environment. example: operations, service, logistics, or distribution. (not factory assembly line)
  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
  • Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and walkie electric pallet jacks
  • Willingness to work around live electrical systems and take voltage measurements
  • Ability to read and understand manuals, specifications, and technical documentation
  • General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • **Preferred (not required) - familiarity with the reserve power industry


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Load and unload trucks and prepare outbound and internal orders
  • Support Customer Service and Service teams with parts, kits, and materials
  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Schedule freight pickups and deliveries and complete Bills of Lading
  • Communicate professionally with freight carriers, coworkers, and customers
  • Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and electric pallet jacks
  • Charge and handle batteries and material-handling equipment
  • Perform local deliveries and pickups as needed
  • Perform basic DC power work from 2V to 120V, including voltage measurements
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards


Physical and Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and climb ladders as needed
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
  • Occasional exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and electrical systems
