Overview

The role oversees the implementation of Information Technology projects that span multiple functional areas. It partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver technology capabilities aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include roadmap execution, budget oversight, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, direction, and support to assigned project teams to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee implementation of IT projects impacting multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, align on objectives, and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource strategies, and progress reports.
  • Secure necessary resources and apply structured processes and tools to manage scope, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication and executive‑level updates as needed.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for project governance, delivery processes, and team performance.
  • Ensure alignment between project execution and broader technology or organizational strategies.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience leading M365 deployments or enhancements (such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Solid knowledge of cloud‑based collaboration platforms and enterprise IT environments.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience leading IT initiatives, managing cross‑functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations.
  • Experience with Agile project management, IT governance, forecasting, and strategic planning is preferred.
