Production Technician - High‑Assurance Manufacturing
This hands-on role supports the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of advanced security products. Ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work, this position offers exposure to a wide range of production processes, tools, and technical disciplines within a high-reliability manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test products following detailed procedures
  • Install and configure software based on order requirements
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality and specification compliance
  • Troubleshoot non‑conforming components
  • Use and maintain electronic test equipment and proprietary tools
  • Build and debug test boards and custom fixtures
  • Support installation and maintenance of production equipment
  • Prepare and coordinate outbound customer shipments
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and general department operations

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or relevant technical training
  • 0-1 year experience as a Production Technician
  • Electromechanical assembly or PCB programming experience is a plus

Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic electronics knowledge and familiarity with test equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with computer-based systems
  • Experience in a technical production or test environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, team-oriented, adaptable, and consistent in repetitive tasks
  • Self‑motivated with a focus on safety and precision

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • U.S. Citizenship due to government/military contract requirements
