Senior RF Optimization Engineer - 5G/LTE (Macro RAN, Tuning)

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform LTE and 5G macro network tuning and optimization using Ericsson tools and methodologies
• Analyze drive test data and performance statistics to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues
• Recommend and implement parameter changes and feature activations to improve system performance
• Optimize live, loaded networks and assess the impact of traffic conditions and carrier additions
• Conduct Layer 3 analysis to address accessibility, retainability, handover, and IRAT performance issues
• Monitor KPIs using Ericsson ENM and recommend actions to improve overall network quality
• Implement and test RAN features related to traffic analysis and capacity optimization
• Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and customers to align optimization efforts with project goals and requirements
