Key Qualifications:

Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.

Mobile iOS/Android Experience

* Ability to work all shifts and all days as assigned.
* Maintain established processes that support adherence to TSA, Customer, and Local Airport regulations.
* Can pass a background check required for SIDA Badge
