Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-team collaboration are key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy email campaigns and newsletters targeting prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with design, analytics, and campaign teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain and manage the email calendar, coordinating timelines and handoffs across teams.
  • Create and refine email content, with the ability to make HTML/CSS adjustments as needed.
  • Handle segmentation and list management to ensure accurate targeting.
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions) and provide actionable reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend optimizations to improve engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Support lifecycle and nurture programs when bandwidth allows.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Braze, Customer.io, etc.).
  • Ability to build, QA, and deploy emails end-to-end.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and edits.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
  • Solid analytical skills and familiarity with email performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing or collaborating on email templates using tools like Figma.
  • Understanding of deliverability, accessibility, and email design best practices.
  • Exposure to lifecycle, onboarding, or nurture program development.
