Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Experience
- Build a workplace culture centered on respect, inclusion, and transparency to foster trust across all levels.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Drive initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Gather and act on employee feedback to implement meaningful improvements.
- Ensure consistent and equitable application of HR practices.
- Lead onboarding programs that create a positive and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Promote open communication and recognition programs that celebrate contributions and milestones.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Partner with HR teams to manage core programs such as payroll, benefits, leave administration, training, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related issues and deliver practical, timely solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the staffing process, including candidate screening and interview participation, to support timely and quality hiring.
- Communicate HR policies and initiatives consistently across all teams.
- Manage HR data entry and reporting in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional HR experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting hourly employees in operational environments such as manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ADP, ETime, SAP, or similar platforms.
