Job Title: Financial Analyst II
Location: Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid - In Office Tue-Thu, Work From Home Mon & Fri)
Pay Rate: Up to $39/hour
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert to Full-Time)


Position Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to support a national small cell utility reconciliation project. This role plays a key part in Expense Recovery efforts by compiling and analyzing utility expenses to determine billing. The analyst will work with various operational data points such as customer equipment, colocations, and site addresses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data.
  • Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for real-time analytics.
  • Improve financial outcomes by identifying trends, monitoring variances, and recommending actions.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations.
  • Develop automated tools to increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company goals.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through critical insights and comparative analysis.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with utility expense reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with operational data such as colocations and site infrastructure

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role
