Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed safely and according to established procedures.
  • Operate and maintain critical systems including:
    • Electrical: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution units.
    • Mechanical: chillers, cooling towers, CRAC units, HVAC systems.
  • Monitor facility performance metrics and assist in reporting and analysis.
  • Support risk mitigation efforts and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage capacity and optimize infrastructure performance.
  • Participate in preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and asset management.
  • Contribute to recruiting and onboarding efforts for technical staff.
  • Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer requirements are met.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial mechanical or electrical work (civilian, military, or trade school).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational setting, including shift work if required.
  • Trade school, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
