Job Title: Social Enablement Lead
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage an employee advocacy program focused on social media engagement
- Develop workflows for content distribution using Sprout Social or similar tools
- Establish processes for content submission, approval, and publishing
- Train Sales team during pilot phase and expand to other departments
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns
- Create training materials and guidance for program participants
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics
- Implement gamification strategies to encourage participation
- Drive measurable increases in social engagement through employee posts

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in employee communications, social media marketing, or enablement
- Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms
- Strong writing and messaging skills
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting engagement data
- Ability to drive cross-functional adoption of new tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Important Skills (with Justifications):
1. Change Management - Essential for successfully implementing a new program across departments
2. Data Visualization - Crucial for presenting complex engagement data to stakeholders effectively
3. Project Management - Necessary for coordinating multiple aspects of the program simultaneously
