Overview:
Seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support one of the company's busiest regional offices. This individual will play a key role in keeping day-to-day service operations running smoothly - tracking job progress, ordering equipment and materials, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, assertive, and proactive - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations on track while holding others accountable.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in service coordination, field operations, or project support roles (provide examples)
- Background in telecom, DC power, electrical, or construction-related environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across numerous active projects
- Excellent follow-through communication - seeking someone with leadership qualities/experience.
- Must be comfortable working onsite full time
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily service activities for multiple ongoing projects (from office)
- Track job completions, paperwork, and invoicing to ensure timely processing
- Order and manage delivery of major equipment and minor materials as needed
- Serve as the central point of contact for service coordination between technicians, project managers, and internal departments
- Maintain visibility on all active jobs - ensuring scheduling, materials, and documentation are up to date
- Enforce accountability by following up on outstanding items and ensuring deadlines are met
- Support process improvement initiatives and uphold company quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Teams, and internal systems to maintain communication and reporting accuracy
