Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project management for all Spring Launch deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment, clarity of roles, and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams - including Performance Marketing, Campaigns, Web Experience, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, and Events - to ensure all launch components are aligned with overall launch message and strategy and are delivered on schedule.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch execution updates & reviews, providing regular progress reports to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, launch objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support post-launch reviews and process documentation to capture learnings and ensure continuity.

Qualifications
Required:

• 6+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign management, or operations.
• Demonstrated success leading digital product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows, including creative development, media planning, and digital production.
• Hands-on experience managing projects in Jira
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience in the tech, SaaS, or consumer digital product space.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing campaign operations.
• PMP or related certification a plus.
