S/4HANA Engineering Functional Integration Lead
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA processes (e.g., Asset Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report)
* Act as a trusted partner between business teams and IT/SAP delivery teams.
* Work, identify, uncover and resolve pain points, define user requirements, and align future-state processes.
* Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology or process improvements.
* Mediate conflicts between process owners, ensuring solutions balance local flexibility and global standardization.
Technical / Solution (50%)
* Oversee configuration of core SAP S/4HANA modules (Asset Management, Source to Pay (procurement), project systems).
* Troubleshoot integration and process issues across functional areas and work closely with technical teams.
* Communicate business process flows, data mappings, and integration touchpoints.
* Support user acceptance testing, documentation, and production readiness for new rollouts or enhancements.
* Help define KPIs and analytics for continuous improvement (e.g., process performance dashboards).
* Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in SAP (ideally including S/4HANA)
* Deep understanding of at least one key process area.
* Experience with integrations (non-SAP systems, data interfaces)
* Strong grasp of master data governance and reporting
* Experience in large-scale transformations (especially post-merger integrations).
* Exposure to agriculture, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus.
* Proven track record in cross-functional coordination and driving adoption of new systems.
* Fluent English; additional language skills (e.g., Portuguese, German) advantageous for global teams.
