Survey Technician - NYC


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze survey data for field crews and drafting teams
• Create maps, sketches, and legal descriptions from collected field data
• Review and adjust survey plans for accuracy and completeness
• Support layout calculations, topographic analysis, and title survey preparation
• Collaborate with project managers and assist in plan presentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and survey documentation
• Comfortable working independently and meeting project deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
