Quality Control Coordinator
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) to support the success of our dealer programs. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality output across initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
💼 What You'll Do
- Serve as the liaison between Program Management, Clients, and internal team members.
- Implement and manage program updates to ensure current product knowledge is maintained.
- Review and update contract information daily.
- Audit dealer program materials before distribution.
- Investigate and resolve program-related issues using internal systems.
- Log and track resolutions in Salesforce.com.
- Maintain organized inventories of program samples and dealer documentation.
- Develop and refine process flows for program implementation.
- Monitor program participation metrics.
- Train internal and field representatives on product updates and enhancements.
- Keep training materials, presentations, and contracts up to date.
- Collaborate with IT and Program Management on system improvements.
- Support broader corporate objectives through cross-functional collaboration.

- 2-3 years of experience managing multiple projects or supporting sales teams.
- Intermediate computer skills.
