W2 ONLY Data Migration Architect
Skilled Data Professional with expertise in data modeling, migration, ETL development, and cloud data platforms.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing data solutions, while leading complex migration initiatives such as ERP/CRM modernization and legacy-to-cloud transitions. This role requires strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to unify customer data, resolve duplicates, define golden records, and enforce governance policies.
* Drive and execute end-to-end data migration initiatives, including ERP/CRM migrations and system modernization projects with a focus on planning, data mapping and profiling, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and seamless transition.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making.
* Design, develop, and optimize conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data migration, warehousing, and analytics initiatives.
* Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to enable reliable data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across multiple systems.
* Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions, including schema design, performance tuning, and metadata management.
* Write complex SQL queries and leverage Python or R for data processing, analytics, and automation tasks.
* Design and support API integrations and streaming data pipelines to support both real-time and batch workloads.
* Apply master data management (MDM) principles across multiple data sources to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of enterprise data.
* Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies, embedding best practices into all workflows.
* Document migration strategies, data processes, and system architectures to ensure transparency, maintainability, and knowledge sharing
