Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting laptops, phones, printers, AV equipment, and peripherals.
  • Experience using ticketing systems for managing support requests.
  • 1-3 years managing device lifecycle and asset tracking across multiple locations.
  • Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting (WiFi, routers, access points).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and MFA support.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support regional offices as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor IT support inbox and ticketing system to ensure timely responses to requests.
  • Resolve issues such as login/password resets, MFA reenrollments, and Microsoft 365 problems (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral issues (printers, docking stations, webcams, monitors, and AV equipment).
  • Document solutions clearly and provide user friendly explanations to employees.
  • Escalate complex or security related issues to the Systems & Security Specialist.
  • Manage and track laptop and phone inventory across multiple locations.
  • Order, configure, and secure new devices prior to deployment; handle returns and reimaging.
  • Oversee recycling or secure disposal of retired hardware in compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and configure devices for new hires and assist with IT onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinate with HR and managers to ensure smooth employee transitions and account deactivation upon offboarding.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to regional offices for in person IT support and equipment checks.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting, WiFi systems, and basic telephony support (RingCentral).
  • Document IT procedures and contribute to the shared knowledge base (OneNote, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Crosstrain with team members on Microsoft 365 administration and account management tasks.
