As a Data Analyst on the Sales Analytics team, you will focus on driving insights into the sales funnel and pipeline, delivering high quality analytics and insightful commentary on the business. You will analyze pipeline health, conversion, and rep productivity, helping guide revenue acceleration and operational effectiveness.

In this role, you will support forecasting and tracking revenue-related metrics, evaluate funnel performance, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency. You'll address data quality issues, surface actionable insights, and provide reporting that enables data-informed decision-making. Collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional partners will be key to ensuring alignment and impact.

You will play an important role in maintaining data accuracy and delivering insights that support revenue operations during the coverage period. This position offers the opportunity to apply your analytics expertise in a fast-paced environment, contribute directly to business performance, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration in revenue operations.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze Revenue Funnel Performance
- Partner with Sales Ops and GTM teams to monitor lead-to-close conversion, sales velocity, and funnel leakage.
- Use historical trends and cohort analysis to surface insights that inform sales process improvements.
- Build and Maintain Sales Funnel Reporting
- Translate business needs into reporting logic, focusing on pipeline health, conversion rates, bookings, and quota attainment.
- Maintain and update automated and ad hoc dashboards using Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Select the right tools for efficient delivery; apply SQL when custom analysis is needed.
- Ensure Reporting Accuracy
- Perform regular data checks and reconciliations across key systems (e.g., Salesforce vs. downstream) to maintain consistency.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with business or systems teams.
- Flag gaps in reporting coverage or logic due to missing fields or system limitations.
- Documentation & Standards
- Keep documentation of formulas, business rules, and reporting logic current for smooth handoff and transparency.
- Follow established QA, code review, and branding standards to ensure consistency and reliability of deliverables.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales reporting with a focus on pipeline, funnel performance, and productivity metrics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights to support decision-making
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and tools.
- Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
- Expertise in Tableau for creating visualizations and dashboards.
- Deep experience with Salesforce reporting and data management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience synthesizing data for non-analytics consumers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
