IT Data Analyst

Experienced IT Systems & Data Analyst with deep expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline to work with our ERP platform while driving data insights.

• Serve as the go-to expert and administrator for the Infor CSI/Syteline platform.
• Configure and optimize roles, permissions, workflows, and custom forms to support evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain system customization's (IDOs, scripting, application events, UDMs).
• Lead upgrades, testing cycles, patching, and integration projects across enterprise systems.
• Deliver hands-on support and training, ensuring users can fully leverage the system.
• Partner with Infor support and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable insights for sales, finance, operations, and leadership.
• Build ETL processes and manage data integration's between CSI and other platforms (CRM, warehouse, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and performance across environments.
• Act as a business partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities for process automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in transformation and IT projects where ERP and data integration are core.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training guides to support adoption and knowledge transfer.

Experience

• 10+ years in IT systems administration or ERP development, with significant Infor CSI/Syteline experience.
• Deep knowledge of Infor CSI architecture, IDOs, Mongoose framework, workflows, and events.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and relational database expertise (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Proven Power BI experience (data modeling, dashboards, visualization best practices).
