📄 Contracts & Sales Operations Specialist - Rancho Cordova, CA (Onsite)
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM PT
We're hiring a Contracts & Sales Operations Specialist to support our dynamic Sales team and ensure seamless onboarding and contract execution for new clients. This is an onsite role based in Rancho Cordova, CA, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
🔍 What You'll Do

  • Review and interpret non-standard contracts submitted by clients and vendors to ensure legal and operational compliance.
  • Negotiate terms and draft contract provisions that meet both client and enterprise requirements.
  • Support Sales team deals by setting up new accounts in Salesforce, initiating DocuSign workflows, and triggering onboarding processes.
  • Act as a facilitation and support hub for product sales and front-end client setup.
  • Spend ~80% of your time managing account-level deals (activations, upgrades, downgrades) and ~20% on emails, meetings, and catch-ups.
  • Lead conference calls and meetings with clients and internal teams to resolve contract issues.
  • Collaborate across departments to finalize contracts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain a database of approved contract variations and educate internal teams on compliance.
  • Assist in updating standard contracts to reflect market trends and corporate policies.

🧠 What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation and analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens with ease.
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales teams and clients to facilitate signatures and onboarding.
