Job Title: Project Scheduler
Experience Level: Mid to Senior (5+ years of experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled MS Project expert to support the integrated scheduling needs of a major construction initiative. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex schedules involving multiple contractors and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the integrated master schedule for a large-scale construction project.
• Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors across metal, civil, electrical, HVAC, and facilities work-streams.
• Ensure schedule accuracy, consistency, and timely updates using Microsoft Project.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather updates, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment.
• Identify and escalate scheduling risks and issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling and management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to manage schedules involving multiple contractors and complex dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Position Details:

• Period of Performance: 6+ months
• Hours per Week: 40-50 hours
• Location: Fully onsite
